All new projects and samples run through out first article inspection office in Hong Kong. We will provide comments along with the sample delivery if there is any deviation of the products or, if there is anything we can do to uplift the out come of the project.

In order to secure and optimize the quality of our products, we do regular audit at the factories where we have our products made.

In addition to certificates and production capabilities, IMCS ensures that all partner factories are audited based on our Supplier Manual that we refer to as "RFS" (Requirements for Suppliers). It lists out the expectations and requirements that we have for any factory to become a partner to IMCS. The requirements include communication, approvals, quality, environment and code of conduct.
